The “Kleine Gartenvilla“ is an exclusive holiday cottage with plenty of room for 1 family that needs more space but also perfect for 2 smaller acquainted families. Living area is 170 m² with an additional romantic sun terrace as well as the wonderful 200 m² large garden. You can reach your own beach in 10 minutes on foot.
Situated in a popular residential area of Pörtschach, your holiday home is close to lake life and yet not in its centre. The sparkling lake with its bathing oases and promenades is just around the corner, the town centre, offering numerous shopping options, excellent restaurants and inns, aromatic bakeries and cozy cafés can be reached within a leisurely 10 minute walk.

Arrive and feel at home
If you travel by car, there are 2 parking spaces available directly in front of the “Kleine Gartenvilla“ as well as a small garage – the perfect storage room for your bikes and golf bags.
Leave your luggage in the spacious hall and explore the cottage: from the modern kitchen, fully fitted with crockery, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and a full stock of kitchen linen, you enter the large living room. Make yourself comfortable on the two cozy sofas or meet at the dining table to play, eat, drink, chat and much more …
From there the terrace door opens to the garden with a spacious sunny terrace equipped with cozy garden furniture and comfortable loungers offering a fantastic view of the surrounding beautiful old trees. Discover the first floor with the three bedrooms. Here you can also find a walk-in closet as well as a spacious bathroom with bath tub, double wash basin and separate toilet. The ground floor also features a shower and a toilet.
A complete set of bed linen and towels is included. Your villa also features satellite TV, room safe and free internet access. In case you need an additional bed, a cot or a high chair, please let us know, we will be happy to help you.
